I discuss the issue over at the GameSalad forum, as well as posting what the App Store reviewer had to say about the ridiculous new rule. Apparently, Apple has brought in a new rule that says no screenshots can contain guns. Just in case a 4 year old finds their way onto the App Store. This rule even applies to games restricted for mature audiences. I say apparently, since the rule clearly doesn’t apply to big name games like GTA, or Deus Ex. Games that are featured on the App Store’s main page!

I brought up that I found 4 titles like those featured right on their main page, rendering this rule invalid since it’ll be the first thing they see if they did get into the App Store.
